« They are fine »

This spoon is easy for my 12 month old to hold and the food does stick pretty well so he can get it to his mouth. It does make self-feeding much easier than other spoons we have tried. The curved handle makes it easy for him to grab and scoop. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the bowl of the spoon is a little too large (flat) for my son's mouth. He likes to flip it upside down in his mouth to get all the food off with his tongue, he has a hard time doing so with this spoon. Also the knobby handle is pretty distracting as a chewing toy, but that is a problem with pretty much anything right now. We are continuing to use it for self-feeding and I am sure he will get the hang of it soon enough.

We tried 4-5 different kinds of spoons before we found this one and then fell in love! This is by far the best spoon for babies/toddlers and I buy them for everyone I know who is having a baby!

My 4yr old has gross motor delay and her therapist said these spoons would help her to feed herself better. I don't agree I think she does better with a regular spoon unless it's just b/c she's not use to it yet. However it is less messy b/c it seems to stay on the spoon better but she has a hard time scooping up what she's trying to eat.

« Ordered two sets and got pink spoons for both! »

I agree with another reviewer that amazon should either sell gender neutral spoons or sell the pink and blue separately. The spoons I received are an annoyingly bright hot pink. Buyer beware that you are probably going to get pink spoons.

« Perfect for little hands »

These spoons make it easier for my son to eat yogurt, oatmeal, or anything else in his bowl. The handle thickness and width are perfect for his little hands and the angle of the bend really helps him make it to his target (his mouth). We've liked other Sassy spoons, but these have been the best so far.
