    I bought 3 of these, overall it's a nice scale, tare works well, good accuracy, long battery life. I had one of these go bad 9 months after purchase - contacted customer service and received replacement within few days from call.

    This scale is very easy to use and is lightweight. It's simple to switch between units, and I've had no problems in the six months I've owned it. I work with a local animal shelter as a foster parent for kittens, so I use it to weigh them. It works great for that purpose, but I've also used it a couple times in the kitchen. The scale is easy to wipe clean, and seems to always be accurate. I would definitely recommend it!

    « A word of caution »
    First of all, the scale seems to work as advertised. Sometimes it does take a few seconds to turn on. I am afraid this might turn into issue down the line. But the biggest word of caution isn't about the item itself, but the use of the item. I purchased this because my fiancé was on a diet and needed it for precise weights of food. Unfortunately once the diet ended (two weeks later) she ceased using the scale. It now sits on top of the microwave collecting dust. My suggestion is only buy this if you know for a fact that you will use (medical or health issues) or if you and your partner are both going on and extended diet. I am not trying to tell anyone how to spend their money just hoping that someone isn't as foolish as I was.

    Light weight, compact (fits easily in a drawer), easy to read display, and easy to use. Most important, it's very accurate. I use it 2 or 3 times a day to weigh items mostly under 16 oz, but have used it for heavier items - and it's accurate.
